Carrie's Weekly Newsletter

Carrie's Weekly Newsletter

Are you interested in free books? Of course you are. Well, I want to give you a copy of One Night In Sedona FOR FREE!
Who would have thought that a single photograph would be so dangerous?

Seddy has spent a long time looking forward to attending a photography convention in the city for which she was named. After checking in, her night on the town with a new friend is interrupted by a murder. Shaken, Seddy just wants to put the incident behind her, but someone has other ideas, like breaking into her hotel room, then trying to kill her.

Her new love interest seems very eager to help her while the local detective keeps asking her questions about her camera. To make matters worse, the chief of police keeps giving her strange looks. As she works out whom she can trust, she realizes she may hold the one piece of evidence that could help solve the mystery.
I am currently looking for a handful of people who might be interested in providing me with some feedback about the book. Are the characters well developed. Did you figure out the mystery in chapter one?

In return, you will receive a free signed copy of the book after publication. (Due to shipping fees, I can only send paperbacks to readers in the US. But, readers outside the US can still receive a free e-book.)

A Little Tombstone Novelette
A Humorous Short Cozy Mystery for Pug Lovers

Hank Edwards, the proprietor of Little Tombstone's Museum of the Unexplained, is finally tying the knot with his longtime ladylove, Phyllis. But when Emma tries to get Hank down the aisle on time, she discovers that someone--Hank won't say who--has attacked both Hank and his precious collection of taxidermied Chupacabras.

Who has it out for Hank? And why? It's up to Emma to get to the bottom of this troubling turn of events before the long-suffering bride's big day is ruined by a mysterious stranger threatening to throw a wrench in the already-chaotic nuptials.

Join Emma, Earp-the-pug, Hercules-the-potbellied pig, and precocious six-year-old Maxwell as they cooperate with the whole Little Tombstone family in making sure that Hank and Phyllis get the wedding day of their dreams.

This novelette is a prequel to the next novel in the series, Tamales at High Noon, but features a complete stand-alone short mystery.
